We Clean and sanitize our shoes and our tools after every stop. We also change our bags with each new yard we enter.
HOW TO MAKE CHANGES TO YOUR SERVICE
What to do if you are going on Vacation
Please contact PSP at least one week prior to your vacation.
As long as your pet is not going to be in the yard, you will
not be charged during this time. Please keep in mind that
if you do not inform us that you are going to be gone, we
will clean the yard and you will be charged for those
clean-ups.
Resuming Service
If for any reason, you have suspended your service, please
just call or e-mail us to resume service. If you have suspended
your service for a period longer than one month, and your
dog has been in the yard, you will be subject to the initial
clean-up fee. Please contact PSP and they will be able to let
you know if you will need to pay another 'Clean-up' Fee.
Cancellations
PSP does not require that you sign a contract. We do
ask that you contact us at least one week prior to your next
cleaning in order to get the home taken off of the route and
your final billing invoice in order. Please just contact
us via e-mail or by phone.
